By purchasing from Kollar ID, you agree to the following terms.

Personalized Products

All custom engraving information submitted during checkout is considered final. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, phone numbers, messages, and uploaded images are accurate before completing their purchase.

Kollar ID is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Product Appearance

Due to differences in screen settings and photography, colours may vary slightly from what appears online.

Each engraved piece is individually produced, making every item unique.

Plated Finishes

Gold, Rose Gold, Black, and other plated finishes naturally experience wear over time.

Depending on use and care, plated finishes may gradually fade or show signs of wear. This is a normal characteristic of plated jewelry and accessories and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Minor surface scratches may also develop through everyday use and are considered normal wear.

With proper care, your piece is designed to remain beautiful and lasting for years.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Kollar ID is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
