Final Sale & Replacement Policy

At Kollar ID, every piece is custom engraved and personalized exclusively for you and your companion. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to restock or resell personalized products. As a result, all personalized items are considered Final Sale.

Final Sale

All personalized and custom-engraved products are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect names, phone numbers, dates, or engraving details submitted during checkout
  • Personal preference
  • Normal wear and tear over time

Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase. Your order will be engraved exactly as submitted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item due to a Kollar ID production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once your request has been reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same item if your claim is approved.

Please note that replacements are only provided for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a Kollar ID manufacturing or fulfillment error. Because each item is personalized specifically for you, refunds are generally not offered.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production or engraving has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed, as each piece is custom made specifically for you.
