Every Kollar ID piece is custom engraved to order with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be engraved, inspected, and prepared before shipment.

During holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Estimates

Canada

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD

United States

• Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 CAD

Please note that shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Import Duties & Taxes

United States/International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees based on the destination country.

Where applicable, estimated duties and taxes are calculated and collected during checkout. If collected at checkout, no additional import charges should be due upon delivery.

Any duties or taxes not collected during checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure every order arrives on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Kollar ID.
